Very friendly receptionist, lovely room. Breakfast was good too. Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by the parking and lift situation. Also very rude older, taller receptionist.

The car park is indeed not available for now et from the begining of the renovation work. We warned you about it during a e-mail exchange a little time before your stay and indicated the others possibilities to park around the hotel.
Concerning the elevator, we are really sorry that you did not have the information about his inaccessibility. It was indeed in remplacement work during your stay.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience. The reception was available to help you anytime with your luggages.
We are really surprised about your feedback concerning the welcoming of one of our receptionnist. We are used to receiving very positive reviews about the welcome given by the entire reception team.We will try to know more about it to understand what could happen.
