Very friendly receptionist, lovely room. Breakfast was good too. Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by the parking and lift situation. Also very rude older, taller receptionist.

Nous sommes navrés de lire les points non appréciés.

Le parking n'est en effet pas accessible par mesure de sécurité depuis le début des travaux. Nous vous avons avertis de cela lors d'un échange de mail peu avant votre séjour.

Nous sommes cependant nous sommes navrés de ne pas vous avoir avertis concernant la l'inaccessibilité de l'ascenseur. Celui ci était en effet en travaux de remplacement et donc non accessible
Nous nous excusons sincèrement pour la gêne occasionnée. La réception se tenait cependant disponible pour toute aide concernant vos bagages.

Nous sommes également très surpris de votre retour concernant l'accueil d'une des réceptionnistes. Nous avons l'habitude d'avoir toujours de très bon retour concernant notre accueil pour toute l'équipe de réception.
Nous allons tenter d'en savoir plus afin de mieux comprendre ce qui a pu se passer.

Each review is rated on a scale of 1 to 5. The overall rating displayed on our website is the average of all ratings received.

Each rating is based on criteria common to all establishments in the network:

  • The Room
  • The Reception
  • The Bathroom
  • Breakfast
  • Access to the Hotel

Some establishments also have specific criteria based on their services: restaurant, wellness area, etc.
For each review, we add up the ratings assigned to each criterion, then divide this total by the number of criteria evaluated to generate the establishment's overall rating.

2. Certified Reviews

Only guests who have actually stayed at the establishment receive an invitation to share their experience. This approach guarantees that 100% of the reviews published are authentic. Reviews are collected via the Customer Alliance platform and transmitted in their entirety to our website.

3. Publication and Moderation of Reviews

We strive to publish all reviews, whether positive or negative. However, some reviews cannot be displayed, particularly those containing:
